Why Intimate pH Matters
Your vaginal environment maintains a mildly acidic pH between 4.5 and 5.2 as a natural defence against bacterial overgrowth. Conventional pads can disturb this balance. How To Use & Dispose
Remove wrapper. Peel adhesive backing. Align with the centre of your underwear, adhesive side down, and press firmly. For winged versions, fold wings under the underwear. Change every 4–6 hours. Do not flush — dispose in a biodegradable waste bag.
